Qualification
·         Master candidate in Mechanical Engineering

·         Good English skill

·         At least 3 days per week

·         RMB 140 per day

Responsibility

·         QHSE Responsibility: Comply  with Schlumberger QHSE (Quality, Healt
h, Safety, Environment) policies and Standards; Comply with government laws an
d regulations on Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment.

·         Procurement

o   Assist to transmit and prioritize approved purchase orders, with appropria
te supporting documents, to Supplier

o   Track acknowledgement of order by Supplier

o   Assist to prepare and communicate shortage and backlog reports, and provid
e visibility of other potential interruptions to Product Line Planning Manager

o   Reviews, updates and maintains Open Purchase Orders until closed.

o   Prepares Non〣OM Purchase Orders within MfgPro as directed by the procure
ment specialist

·         Sourcing

o   Looking for new suppliers under the direction of sourcing specialist

o   Prepares RFQ package as directed by sourcing specialist, communicate and f
ollow up with suppliers

·         Interns may be assigned other duties, in addition to, or in lieu of
 those described above, according to the needs of the location or Company
